Greene County Public Health Nursing Service provides home health care nursing, therapy, and aide services to county residents.

These services include:

• Post-surgical care
• IV therapy and high-tech skills
• Occupational therapy
• Medical social work
• Personal care
• Case management
• Nutrition counseling

Care through the Home Health Care Nursing Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Reimbursement for home health care nursing services is provided through Medicare, Medicaid, third party insurance, and private pay.

Public Health accepts most insurance plans. Individuals who need services and do not have health insurance can be evaluated for sliding scale fees based on ability to pay.
